Confirmation Classes
The word confirmation means “with firmness”. For our 7th-12th grade students at FUMC, confirmation means a continuation of their lifelong faith journey. Confirmation classes include an overview of the Christian faith, Scripture, history and heritage, practices, beliefs and commitments as United Methodist Christians. The confirmation class will provide a loving environment in which young persons can explore as well as experience the faith through the Christian community, relationships, spiritual disciplines, service projects and other activities.  These classes are offered every other year.  Confirmation will begin in August 2017.
Sunday School
Junior High
Confirmation begins this year.  All middle schoolers are invited to room 316 each week to learn more about being a Christian and a United Methodist.
Senior High
How do faith and our relationship with Christ affect my life? In this group the youth struggle with personal issues & current events using the Bible and discussing ways to make the world better.  We meet in room 312.
